This Privacy Policy explains what information Agentado (agentado.ai) collects, why, and how it's used when you use the Service to generate a real estate video.

We use two analytics tools: Umami, which is cookieless and doesn't collect personal data, runs for every visitor. Microsoft Clarity, which does set cookies to record anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, page navigation) so we can improve the site, only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner if you're visiting from a region where consent is required (the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Quebec) — everywhere else it runs automatically, matching common practice for analytics tools that don't collect personal data. We don't use ad pixels or sell data to third parties.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your photos or listing content for marketing without asking you first.
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.
Download links included in your delivery email are valid for 7 days. Beyond that, we keep uploaded photos and rendered videos only as long as reasonably needed to provide and support the Service. You can ask us to delete your content at any time — see Section 6.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and never storing your payment card details ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection, but we take this seriously.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@agentado.ai. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
Agentado is intended for real estate professionals and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
